The Al-Amin Ethiopian Muslim Community (AEMC) General Meetings provide registered members with the opportunity to participate in the governance and growth of the organization. Held in the spirit of Shura (mutual consultation), these meetings allow members to receive updates from the Board, review the community’s programs and finances, discuss important matters affecting the organization, and contribute ideas that strengthen our mission. Through transparency, accountability, and collective decision-making, General Meetings help ensure that AEMC continues to serve the community in accordance with Islamic principles and its organizational by-laws.
